CRAWFORD COUNTY ORDER TO DISMISS – FACT CHECK

July 29, 2020 | 1 Comment

“Fred Potter’s lawsuit in Crawford, County, which falsely claimed that his signature on the Bill of Sale that Fred Potter signed was a forgery, WAS THROWN OUT.”

The words “Thrown Out” would lead any reasonable person to believe that the judge threw the case out due to being frivolous and lacking of merit.   THIS IS NOT TRUE AND IS DECEPTIVE.

The case was dismissed by the court due to the pendency of the Potter V. Holmes case in the circuit court in Scott County.  Please refer to the court order of dismissal below.

The statement that Cassaundra Holmes makes concerning Forgery is also FALSE AND IS DECEPTIVE.

FACT CHECK:  Is there evidence of forgery?  YES  A independent Forensic Document Examiner from another state with impeccable credentials issued a report stating that Fred Potter’s signature was a forgery.  The report also made conclusion that the signature of Fred Potter leads back to Cassaundra Holmes.

FACT CHECK:  Judge David H. McCormick will not allow the evidence of the forgery, or testimony, be admitted into court.
