LATEST COURT ORDER-HOUSE ARREST
May 29, 2018 Waldron, Arkansas
A 88 year old Korean War Veteran who served in the Marines and Army was placed by court order under house arrest.,
Judge David H. McCormick, Arkansas 15th Judical District, Circut Court of Scott County, Arkansas signed the order May 29, 2018 against Fred Potter.
The judge, based upon his conduct, courtroom demeanor, and judicial rulings has gone way pass the meaning of judicial temperament.
According to the American Bar Association, judicial temperament means that a judge exhibits “compassion, decisiveness, open-mindedness, sensitivity, courtesy, patience, freedom from bias and commitment to equal justice.”
Please take notice that the court order does not provide for friends and pastorial visitation.
The order was signed just a few days when Veterans, Veteran Organizations, policticians, congressional and officials, friends and supporters are coming together for the Veterans Walk in Solidarity, June 3, 2018, 1pm begining at Truman Baker Park, Waldron, Arkansas.
People will be traveling from long distance to participate in the show of solidarity.
